🌐 Call for Participants | 1st International Summer School on Language: Health & Education (LangHealEdu)
We are pleased to announce the 1st International Summer School on Language: Health & Education (LangHealEdu), a joint initiative of the Interdisciplinary Lab “Linguistics and Grammar Teaching” at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and the Cambridge Centre for Greek Studies, University of Cambridge.

📅 2–9 September 2026 | 📍 Chios, Greece
The School brings together graduate, postgraduate, and advanced undergraduate students interested in the intersection of linguistic science and real-world practice. Over 36 intensive hours, participants will engage with two core themes:
🔹 Language & Health — linguistic profiles of monolingual and bilingual learners with neurotypical and neurodivergent development 🔹 Language & Education — the value of linguistic research for educational settings and evidence-based intervention
Sessions will be led by leading experts from the UK and Greece.
LangHealEdu aims to build a community of scholars and practitioners committed to translating advances in linguistics into meaningful impact in education, health, and social welfare.
