Registration for the LAGB’s annual meeting, held in Edinburgh 8–10 September, is now open:

The full programme will follow soon, and it promises to be a varied and exciting schedule! There are two Special Interest Panels (‘What is/are phonotactics’ and ‘Symphony in Four Movements: New Perspectives on Music and Language’), the language tutorial (Mapudungun), two plenary speakers (Regine Eckardt and Martin Krämer), the Education Committee session, and the PG Summer School as well as three days of talks. There will also be an event in memory of Ronnie Cann, who died this year, and a wine reception sponsored by CUP.
