Every year, the Linguistics Association of Great Britain puts aside £1800 to contribute towards funding student-ran workshops and conferences. There are two application deadlines - 1st February, and 1st October. The latter deadline has now been extended to 1st November, so we encourage any UK-based linguistics students interested in running a workshop or conference to submit an application by going to the following link: http://www.lagb.org.uk/postgraduate-conference-sponsorship
